1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the 25ph9 Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, guests, and any person who accesses any part of the 25ph9 website.

25ph9 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

2. Eligibility

1. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and participate in any real-money gaming activity on 25ph9. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
2. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of placing any wager.
3. You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 25ph9 or any regulatory authority.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
5. Employees, directors, officers, and agents of 25ph9, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.
6. 25ph9 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration

1. Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on 25ph9. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate.
3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
4. You must notify 25ph9 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
5. 25ph9 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
6. Account verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) is required before any withdrawal may be processed. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include a valid passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID card.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

1. All transactions on 25ph9 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
2. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards.
3. Cryptocurrency deposits and credit card gambling deposits are not accepted on 25ph9, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
4. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. 25ph9 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 25ph9 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.
6. 25ph9 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your account balance if the withdrawal has not yet been processed, at its sole discretion.
7. Any funds deposited in error must be reported to 25ph9 customer support immediately. 25ph9 will not be liable for losses arising from erroneous deposits that are not promptly reported.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

1. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
2. Bonuses may only be used for the games and purposes specified in the relevant promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash without first meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
3. 25ph9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
4. Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
5. Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits may not be eligible for certain promotional offers.

6. Gameplay Rules

1. All games available on 25ph9 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time.
2. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 25ph9 will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed, the wager will be refunded to the player's account balance.
3. 25ph9 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome was affected by technical error, software malfunction, or fraudulent activity.
4. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, player tier, and promotional period. These limits are displayed within each game interface.
5. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. Game rules are available within each game's help section.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 25ph9 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any third party to use your account, or using any third party's account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or the experience of other players.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 25ph9 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of 25ph9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 25ph9.

9. Privacy

Your use of the 25ph9 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. 25ph9 is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

10. Responsible Gaming

1. 25ph9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and complying with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework.
2. Players must be at least 21 years of age. 25ph9 enforces strict age verification and will suspend any account found to belong to an underage player.
3. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits through their account settings at any time.
4. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a cooling-off period or a full self-exclusion through the 25ph9 customer support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11. Limitation of Liability

1. The 25ph9 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 25ph9 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 25ph9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
3. 25ph9's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
4. 25ph9 shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of God, or government actions.

12. Termination

25ph9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete KYC verification. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 25ph9 customer support. Account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. 25ph9 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and under the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

14. Amendments

25ph9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 25ph9 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
